Position I- KCS-FAO - Accountant - International / Accountant / Accounting

Key responsibilities / requirements:

– Accountant having experience of more than 2 years.

- Finalization and monthly closing of accounts.

- Understanding of International accounting standard will be an added    advantage.

– To handle day to day accounting of International Client.

- Strong accounting background. Masters in accounting.

- Minimum 1 year experience in tally or any other software.

- Good communication and writing skills.

Position II- KCS-FAO - Business Development Executive - International Sales

Job Requirements:
– Generate Leads from Portal’s, Cold Calls, and e-mail campaigns.
– Negotiate & close accounts. Maintain a prospect list along with a Sales Pipeline. Present Sales Forecast to the management.
– Liaising with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling services.
– Proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunities.
– Creates presentations & other collaterals to market services to various decision making audiences
– Understanding of the Services business and thereby able to respond to prospect requirement suitably.
– Tracks weekly/monthly sales data and reports

Skills & Experience: 
– 2 years prior International sales experience
– Minimum: B.Com, B.Sc, MBA (Marketing/ Fin)
– Computer proficiency
– Willingness to make cold calls
– Target oriented individual with prior track record of achieving at least   75% of the Targets.
– Energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet.

– Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to convey complex             information clearly.

Position IV- KCS - Operations Manager

Job Requirements:
– Responsible and accountable for overall direction and performance     of the Operations team
– Evaluate and set up right processes to manage the KPO delivery for     multiple clients
– Establish appropriate organization structure to handle the delivery       seamlessly for a 20+ team
– Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing               individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring   real time service levels and schedule adherence, and holding the         team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
– Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources   to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the team.
– Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process  change initiatives, Lean/Kaizen activities, and other change/Six Sigma  initiatives.
– Establish a learning program to cut down the ramp up time for new       team members.
– Interacting with the client on a daily basis, via mail, Skype & Phone       communications
– Ensure proper email communication between the client and the team
– Prioritize Weekly & Daily Tasks with Team Leader’s and resources

Skills and Experience:
– 3+ years of Strong KPO management experience, with overall 5+         years’ experience in the industry
– Ability to handle deliveries for multiple clients
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good understanding of the processes required for KPO deliveries
– Must be keen on exploring improvements, optimizing processes, and   motivating people.
– Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and get things done

Position VI- KT- Business Consultant/ Business Analyst- HCM/Payroll

Job Profile:
• Implementation experience in any HCM/ Payroll products would be preferred.
• Good HR/ Payroll-business process background.
• Good understanding of HCM modules.
• Experience in end to end presales activities is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Statutory Compliance a plus.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communications skill.

Ideal Candidate:
• Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, Payroll software solutions
• Ability to interact with customers, with excellent Communication skills
• Experience in tech support.
